30 min · we name the first three things we’d change · written scope in 48 hours

Since June 2025 Abacor’s embedded design team

Recently with Abacor, Ollive, Lanesurf and Supa.

No one understands your GTM better than you. But you need someone to bring it to life.

You’ll work with one senior designer every day, with the studio behind them. I’m with you daily through a sprint, and weekly when we’re embedded with your team. No account managers. We overlap your morning every weekday, and you’ll see work daily in a shared Slack. We’ve done this for teams like Abacor and Ollive, against fundraise and launch dates. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll tell you on the call, and point you to someone who is.

  • 17 people at once on Abacor’s launch, with our extended bench
  • 8 full-time across product, brand, motion and engineering
  • 25+ projects shipped since 2024

    Typically 3–6 weeks

Show investors the product you’ll have in two years: a clickable vision prototype.

    1. The product two years out, as a clickable prototype

    You work with

Chandan + a senior product designer, daily

    You get

Not for you if…

  • Your interface is incidental to the outcome.
  • Design is cosmetic to leadership.
  • You want every pixel made in-house, with no outside team.

We don’t sell retainers that bill for presence, decks nobody reads, or redesigns that move pixels without moving a number.

What happens on the call

How we work together

  • A shared Slack channel
  • Up to two rounds of iteration included

AI does the iteration and research. People own taste, story and the final call.

Questions

If you were wondering…

What does CNVRT actually do?

Product design, brand, website and launch narrative for AI-native startups, built as one pass so nothing drifts between surfaces.

Who do you work with?

Teams shipping agent-first products, mostly at the point where the thing works and nobody can tell yet. Usually founders between seed and Series A, and product leaders at AI-native companies with more roadmap than design capacity.

How do you work with a US team?

We’re in Bengaluru and overlap the US morning every weekday. You get a daily 15-minute check-in, a shared Slack channel and work to review every day.

We already have designers. Does this still work?

Yes. Most of our product engagements run alongside an in-house team: senior hands on specific modules, so your roadmap ships faster. If a founder is a designer, it’s often the easiest fit.

Do you put our product or customer data into AI tools?

Not without your say-so. Before we start, we agree which tools may see what. Customer data, anything under NDA and unreleased product stay out of third-party AI tools unless you approve it in writing.

What does “GTM” mean here?

Positioning, launch narrative, site, deck and launch assets. Not paid media or outbound.
